Dear Congressman/Congresswoman, Senator:

As I have previously stated in numerous telephone messages and several letters/faxes to your offices, I have been targeted for the purposes of COVERT FIELD TESTING of space based or land based “non-lethal” weapons by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), the National Security Agency (NSA) or other entities and/or other participating foreign agencies since at least the summer of 2000.

I have been a victim of EM TORTURE and EM HARASSMENT (electro-magnetic torture and harassment) almost CONTINUOUSLY for the last NINE YEARS!

THE ONLY TIME I HAD ONE DAY OF PEACE IN NINE YEARS WAS ON TORTURE ACCOUNTABILITY DAY 2009.

These so-called “non-lethal” weapons include the microwave auditory effect (MAE) or MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio) type “non-lethal” weapons, in addition to psychotronic weapons.

As detailed on the U.S. Navy’s website regarding the MEDUSA contract:

…a temporary personnel incapacitation system called MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio). This non-lethal weapon is based on the well-established microwave auditory effect (MAE). MAE results in a strong sound sensation in the human head when it is irradiated with specifically selected microwave pulses of low energy.

The DoD has also described a similar MEDUSA type weapon as capable of “synthetic telepathy.”

The following is from a study published by the U.S. Army’s Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) released under the Freedom on Information Act (FOIA). The section titled “Incapacitating Effect: Microwave Hearing,” reads as follows:

Microwave hearing is a phenomenon, described by human observers as the sensations of buzzing, ticking, hissing, or knocking sounds that originate within or immediately behind the head. There is no sound propagating through the air like normal sound. This technology in its crudest form could be used to distract individuals: if refined, it could also be used to communicate with hostages or hostage taken directly by Morse code or other message systems, possibly even by voice communications.

Additionally, a section titled “Microwave Hearing: Possible Influence on Subject(s)” reads as follows:

Application of the microwave hearing technology could facilitate a private message transmission. It may be useful to provide a disruptive condition to a person not aware of the technology. Not only might it be disruptive to the sense of hearing, it could be psychologically devastating if one suddenly heard “voices within one’s head.”

It is now known through a Chinese intelligence study on the Strategic Defense Initiative* (SDI or “Star Wars”) titled “Trends of Microwave Weapons Development” published by the National Air Intelligence Center that:

The defensive weapons in SDI were newly-developed kinetic weapons and directed-energy weapons, including microwave weapons.

There is absolutely no doubt that the so-called “non-lethal” weapons described in the aforementioned INSCOM study are indeed space-based and are indeed operational.

As you may know, Congressman Dennis Kucinich had attempted to ban these and similar “non-lethal” weapons in House of Representative Bill 2977 (HR 2977), Space Preservation Act of 2001.

I have extensive documentation from legitimate sources regarding these weapons, numerous personal victim’s statements, evidence and witnesses to corroborate my story.

I am demanding all of the following from the U.S. government and/or participating foreign entities:

• All entities, public, private, domestic or foreign that are using these weapons must CEASE-FIRE immediately.

• REPARATIONS in the amount of $4 million U.S. dollars (In 2007, the U.S. Treasury Department listed the value of a U.S. citizen’s life at almost $8 million U.S. dollars.)

• Participation in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against responsible parties by EM TORTURE/HARASSMENT survivors.

• Participation in a new MK-ULTRA hearing in the U.S. Congress to bring these crimes to the light of day.

• The PERMANENT BANNING of all space based or land based so-called NON-LETHAL WEAPONS.

I urge you to take this letter very seriously and please do not hesitate to act on these demands!

Court to Defendant: Stop Blasting That Man’s Mind!

Late last year, James Walbert went to court, to stop his former business associate from blasting him with mind-altering electromagnetic radiation. Walbert told the Sedgwick County, Kansas panel that Jeremiah Redford threatened him with “jolts of radiation” after a disagreement over a business deal. Later, Walbert, said, he began feeling electric shock sensations, hearing electronically generated tones, and getting popping and ringing sounds in his ears. On December 30th, the court decided in Walbert’s favor, and issued a first-of-its-kind order of protection, banning Redford from using “electronic means” to further harass Walbert.
